Where We Meet

The Civil War Round Table of Fredericksburg, Inc. meets at the University of Mary Washington Jepson Alumni Executive Center (JAEC) located at 1119 Hanover Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.

 

Doors open at 5:45 p.m., catered buffet dinner at 6:30 p.m., and guest speaker presentation at 7:30 p.m.  The price per meal is $35.00.  Reservations are required.

 

Our caterer prepares our meals based on our expected attendance and we do not want to be short of food or place settings.  The club will bill guests who no-show or cancel within 24 hours of the meeting.

Our program year runs September thru June.  We meet the fourth Wednesday in September, October, January, February, March, April and May.  We meet the third Wednesday in November and June.  Please see our Programs Section for additional information.

Parking is available in the lot to the left of the Center. Additional parking may be found on Hanover Street. The Rectors Gallery entrance is off the courtyard on the left side of the building.

 

A check-in table will be to your left as you enter. Both the seated dinner and the lecture are held in the Rappanhannock Grand Ballroom.
